These movies are in MPEG format. The player is embedded on the pages that will pop up when you click on the movie links. You don't need an outside player to watch the videos, but you do need video capabilities.
The Real Player will play the videos as streaming MPEGs,
TIP: The Windows Media Player will play the videos as it downloads them, if the videos are choppy click on stop, and then click on play again. This will cause the video to stream better.

In tests we ran, it takes approximately 1/2 to 4 minutes to begin watching each of these movies with DSL, or cable connections. The movies begin to play between 3 and 11 minutes with a 56k, or less modem connection. The connection speed you have, and the amount of congestion on your server will determine reception speed, and video smoothness.
